Through a series of special presentations, the Detroit Tigers Class Outside programs combine classroom curriculum with the game of baseball. All programs are followed by a Tigers game at Comerica Park.
Journalism Day at Comerica Park-Recommended for middle, high school and early college students.
The presentation includes speakers from several areas of journalism. Speakers provide their own personal testimony in education, experience and career.   Students will hear about the art of sports storytelling and how the news is released across multiple platforms. Areas of specialty: print media, photo journalism, social media and radio-television sports journalism.
