Fees/Admission:
All registration fees benefit the MPA Foundation. Please donate at least $600 for a team of four or $175 per golfer for one, two or three golfers if paid before May 1. If paid after May 1 or billed, rates increase to $700 for a team of four or $200 per golfer for one, two or three golfers.
